Netflix Is a Joke Festival is back with its annual showcase of emerging comedians. The event, titled “Introducing…,” will feature 10 stand-up comedians performing 5-7 minute sets across two shows in one night at the Avalon in Hollywood on May 8. The showtimes are set for 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
The performances will be recorded, edited, and later uploaded to Netflix Is a Joke’s YouTube channel and social media platforms for a wider audience to enjoy.
The lineup for the showcase includes talented comedians such as Amber Autry, Ari Matti Mustonen, Eva Evans, Kam Patterson, Milan Patel, Nick Murphy, Ray Lau, Zoe Zakson, Alex Song-Xia, and Ruby Setnik. These comedians come from diverse backgrounds and have honed their craft in various comedy clubs and venues.
Netflix Is a Joke Festival has been a hit in previous years, with the 2022 and 2024 editions receiving positive feedback. Fans are eagerly awaiting more details on the upcoming festival programming from Netflix.
