A memo from June 2021, recently acquired by Just The News, uncovers a directive from the Biden administration instructing federal prosecutors to scrutinize conservatives accused of disseminating disinformation, as well as gun owners and active-duty military personnel.
As reported by John Solomon of Just The News, the memo outlines how the Biden administration sanctioned federal law enforcement to take action against Americans engaged in “concerning non-criminal behavior.” The declassified documents indicate a focus on individuals such as active-duty servicemen, firearm owners, and those labeled as purveyors of “disinformation.”
As of Tuesday evening, no further details regarding the memo from June 2021 have surfaced.

Additionally, the Biden administration has been accused of collaborating with major tech companies to monitor and censor American citizens online.
A 2024 report from OpenTheBooks reveals that the administration allocated $267 million to research misinformation, with $126 million specifically earmarked for online speech censorship in 2021.
Moreover, in 2022, Biden’s Department of Homeland Security established a so-called “Ministry of Truth” aimed at countering what it deemed disinformation.
