New Defense Team Takes Over Nick Reiner’s Case After Attorney Withdraws
After attorney Jackson made a request to withdraw as counsel for Nick Reiner, a new defense team is set to take over his case. Jackson informed McGonigle that they had no choice but to step down, citing “circumstances beyond our control, and more importantly, circumstances beyond Nick’s control.”
The public defender’s office has been notified and is ready to assume representation for Nick moving forward. Jackson, who recently secured an acquittal for accused cop killer Karen Read, expressed his commitment to Reiner’s best interests despite the decision to withdraw.
Due to ethical reasons, Jackson refrained from disclosing the specific reasons behind his withdrawal from the case. However, he emphasized his team’s dedication to revealing the true facts surrounding the circumstances of the case through the legal process.
