A shocking incident has led to a New Jersey cop, Elizabeth DiBiasi, being suspended from duty after she and her husband were arrested for allegedly photographing themselves having sex with their young children present. The couple’s actions came to light on January 29th, resulting in Elizabeth’s police license being suspended.
Brian DiBiasi, Elizabeth’s husband and a former Hamilton Township cop, was accused of using a messaging app to distribute images and videos of suspected child sexual exploitation and abuse material. He was promptly fired from his position within days of his arrest. Authorities revealed that Brian shared 36 incriminating media files, some of which allegedly featured his wife in nude pictures and videos with their children nearby. Chat logs indicated that Brian mentioned the presence of children while engaging in sexual activities with his wife.
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children played a crucial role in the couple’s arrest, receiving a report about the disturbing images. Brian DiBiasi faced charges related to permitting a child to engage in a sexual act that could be photographed, engaging in conduct that would debauch the morals of a child, possessing and distributing images of child sexual abuse. On the other hand, Elizabeth DiBiasi was charged with engaging in conduct that would debauch the morals of a child.
Despite the severity of the accusations, the DiBiasis have not provided any comments on the matter. The incident has shocked the community and raised concerns about the protection and well-being of children. Such cases highlight the importance of upholding ethical standards and protecting vulnerable individuals from exploitation and harm.
