NOMINATIONS SENT TO THE SENATE:

David Brat, from Virginia, has been nominated as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Commonwealth of Australia.

Hal Duncan, hailing from Texas, is nominated for the role of Deputy Director of the Office of Management and Budget.

Sean Kaufman, of Georgia, is appointed as Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response within the Department of Health and Human Services.

Jeffrey Ledbetter, from Virginia, is nominated to serve as Inspector General for the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

George McMaster, from South Carolina, is named as an Assistant Secretary of the Treasury.

Richard O’Malley, of Wisconsin, is set to become a Deputy Under Secretary of Defense.

Juan Segura, based in Virginia, is nominated as Assistant Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere Affairs.

Juan Segura, also from Virginia, is nominated to join the Board of Directors of the Inter-American Foundation, with a term ending on September 20, 2026.

Juan Segura, from Virginia, is reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Inter-American Foundation for a term concluding on September 20, 2032.

Abby Warren, of Virginia, is appointed as an Assistant Secretary of Commerce.

Benjamin M. Flowers, from Ohio, is nominated as a United States Circuit Judge for the Sixth Circuit.

Matthew A. Schwartz, based in New York, is named as a United States Circuit Judge for the Second Circuit.

WITHDRAWALS SENT TO THE SENATE:

Daniel Bonham, from Oregon, was nominated as an Assistant Secretary of Labor, with the nomination originally sent to the Senate on January 13, 2026.

Carter Crow, of Texas, was nominated to be General Counsel of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for a four-year term, initially sent to the Senate on January 13, 2026.

Sean Plankey, from Pennsylvania, was nominated as Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency at the Department of Homeland Security, with the nomination sent to the Senate on January 13, 2026.
