Star-Studded Event Kicks Off Super Bowl Weekend in San Francisco
As the night progressed, the VIP area saw a continuous influx of stars, with notable guests such as Kamala Harris’ husband, Doug Emhoff, mingling with the likes of Uber’s chief legal officer, Tony West. The crowd was also graced by the presence of celebrities like Madelyn Cline, Emma Roberts, Jon Hamm, Heated Rivalry actor Robbie G.K., Nadine Bhabha, Ilona Maher, and country singer Kane Brown.
Country sensation Shaboozey took the stage with an electrifying 30-minute set featuring his chart-topping hits A Bar Song (Tipsy) and Amen, the latter earning him his first Grammy just a week prior. “Let’s have one helluva party! I love ya’ll,” the singer exclaimed, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening.
Following Shaboozey’s performance, Olivia Dean captivated the audience with her soulful renditions of Nice To Each Other, So Easy, and Dive. Fresh off her win for Best New Artist at the Grammys, Dean expressed her excitement about performing during Super Bowl weekend. “This is my first time playing as part of Super Bowl weekend,” she shared with Vogue. “I’m having so much fun—the atmosphere here is great.”
Rapper Cardi B, accompanied by her fiancé, New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs, made a fashionable entrance just in time for the festivities. Sporting a Mowalola moto dress styled by Kollin Carter, Cardi B graced the yellow carpet before heading to the stage to catch Dean’s performance of Man I Need.
“The One Party by Uber is an experience we create around some of the biggest cultural moments of the year, exclusively for Uber One members,” explained Becky Katz Davis, head of consumer communications and events. “With San Francisco being our hometown, it was the perfect opportunity to kick off Super Bowl weekend with a homecoming-themed event on our home turf.”
