Olivia Nuzzi’s Past as an Aspiring Pop Star Revealed
Before her involvement in a scandal with Secretary of Health Robert F. Kennedy Jr., journalist Olivia Nuzzi was a 16-year-old aspiring pop star, singing about controversial topics such as being “jailbait” and “craving sin.”
In an old Myspace page from 2009, believed to belong to Nuzzi, she can be seen posing in various outfits, embracing a pop star persona. A 2010 photo from PopJustice.com shows her in a bra-revealing lace top and handcuffs.
Describing herself as the future and the past, Livvy aimed to dominate the world as a pop object, with life seen as a performance in her eyes.
Nuzzi’s involvement with Kennedy came to light last year, causing a scandal as she detailed their alleged digital affair. Kennedy denied any relationship with Nuzzi, who referred to him as “The Politician.”
In her upcoming book, “American Canto,” Nuzzi will delve into her year-long correspondence with Kennedy and her career in political journalism.
An excerpt from the book was recently published by Vanity Fair, where Nuzzi now works.
Despite the scandal, Nuzzi’s past relationships with other prominent figures have also come to light, including her engagement to Ryan Lizza and alleged involvement with ex South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford and former MSNBC anchor Keith Olbermann.
