OnePlus has officially announced the launch date for its highly anticipated OnePlus 13T smartphone, along with a sneak peek at its design. The company took to Weibo to reveal that the OnePlus 13T will be unveiled on 24 April at 14:30 local time.
The device is being teased as a “Small screen big devil”, hinting at its former unofficial name, the OnePlus 13 Mini. OnePlus promises a “Brand-new design and light and thin feel” with “super performance”, indicating that the OnePlus 13T will be a compact flagship rival to the likes of the Pixel 9 Pro and Xiaomi 15.
In a recent post, OnePlus disclosed that the OnePlus 13T will feature a 6.32-inch display, similar to its competitors. Despite its compact size, the device is expected to house a large battery, potentially exceeding 6000mAh.
A design video shared by OnePlus showcases a completely different look for the OnePlus 13T compared to its predecessor, the OnePlus 13. The device will be available in shades of grey, pink, and black, sporting a flatter and more industrial design. The camera module resembles that of the Google Pixel 9 Pro XL or iPhone 16 Pro, deviating from the circular module of the OnePlus 13. Additionally, the OnePlus 13T will feature a new context-sensitive button on the left edge, replacing the old OnePlus alert slider.
With several smartphones set to launch in the coming months, the OnePlus 13T stands out as one of the most anticipated devices. Fans are eagerly awaiting news on a global rollout for the OnePlus 13T. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting release.
