WASHINGTON— During a tense Senate health committee hearing, Susan Monarez, the former CDC Director, revealed that the Secretary of Health, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., plans to modify the childhood vaccination schedule this September.

Monarez also indicated that Kennedy had discussions with President Trump regarding these impending changes prior to her departure from her position at the CDC.
