Gene Klein, the producer behind “Suits L.A.,” has joined the team of the international crime thriller “Bombay Noir” under his P3 Media banner alongside Adam Ciralsky. The ten-part drama, created by Sai Pawar, follows FBI Special Agent Vince Cunningham as he investigates the murder of an American couple in Mumbai.
As Agent Cunningham delves into the mystery surrounding the couple’s last moments, what initially appears to be a double homicide quickly evolves into a complex diplomatic entanglement with a rising body count. “Bombay Noir” has already piqued the interest of international networks, with Omega Global Media handling sales and previewing creative material at Content London for potential co-production and pre-sale financing opportunities.
4 AM Film Studios, known for projects like CBC’s “Something Undone,” is spearheading the production of “Bombay Noir.” Producers Max Topplin and Maya Heble are excited to bring this gritty, character-driven crime thriller to life in a distant yet familiar setting. Klein expressed his enthusiasm for the series, stating that it aligns perfectly with P3’s focus on internationally-set, genre-bending content.
