Tesla Cybertruck Fire Outside Trump International Hotel Under Investigation

Law enforcement in Las Vegas is currently investigating a Tesla Cybertruck that caught fire on Wednesday morning just outside the Trump International Hotel. According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the fire has been extinguished and the incident is under investigation. The fire was reported at approximately 8:40 a.m. PT, as reported by the Las Vegas Review Journal.

An eyewitness who was inside the hotel lobby managed to capture footage of the fire and shared it on social media. The witness described the vehicle as pulling up outside and then suddenly exploding. The video quickly went viral on social media platforms.

This incident occurs amidst ongoing close ties between Tesla CEO Elon Musk and President-elect Donald Trump. Flight records show that Musk has made at least 31 trips to and from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago property in Florida. Recent reports from the New York Times indicate that Musk has been staying at a cottage on the Mar-a-Lago property.
