For years, an Antifa-driven chaos has transformed Portland into a battleground of violence, assaults, and audacious confrontations against federal agents and properties — while the mainstream media remains in blatant ignorance about the Radical Left’s tyranny.
Consequently, as President Donald J. Trump deploys federal assets to protect lives and property, the White House is welcoming today the courageous independent journalists who have continuously risked their lives to expose Portland’s descent into disorder.
Portland citizens, disillusioned by their leaders, are voicing their concerns passionately and demanding action, even as the mainstream media chooses to ignore them:
- “It feels like a war zone. There have been instances where I’ve had to wear a gas mask inside my own home,” shares a resident near the ICE facility under siege in south Portland. “I fully support deploying the National Guard, as the city has failed us, and I refuse to be seen as collateral damage — my rights are important as well.”
- “115 days of torment. I only venture out during the daytime. The Antifa folks hide away during the day; they only appear at night,” states another Portland local. “During the daytime, it’s mostly elderly residents who believe they can change the world before they pass away.”
- “I was broken into again yesterday morning for the tenth time,” reports a downtown Portland business owner. “We need assistance here; something must be done. If bringing in [the National Guard] is what it takes to make our leaders pay attention to Portland’s situation, then I’m all in. We’ve been struggling for a long time — since 2020.”
- “Every day, every week, we grapple with crime, drugs, and the general sense of insecurity in our city. It’s as if our leaders have abandoned our public safety,” expresses a local coffee shop owner.
- “It might be the only solution if our city and state governments refuse to fulfill their responsibilities… If local governments and law enforcement cannot protect residents, people will seek protection wherever they can find it,” remarks a Portland representative for retailers affected by crime. “For those who oppose federal troops on our streets, I suggest you start demanding that your local government safeguard our property, our businesses, and our lives.”
- “I’m fully supportive—110%—because I want to witness the cleanup of Portland,” says a north Portland resident. “They might actually do something beneficial for our community.”
- “Look around our streets — homelessness abounds, they’re littered with trash, and businesses are fleeing. We’re far from a thriving city. It’s dismal,” adds a Portland woman.
It is evident that what is transpiring in Portland is not simply protest; it is orchestrated chaos — the latest episode of violence incited by Antifa and the Radical Left:
- Since early June, Antifa militants have been assaulting the ICE field office in south Portland. The extremists have violently invaded the facility using a stop sign as a battering ram, threw explosives and projectiles, torched American flags, brutally assaulted, attacked, and injured officers, doxed officers, harassed neighbors, and even displayed a guillotine.
- As part of the ongoing siege, dozens have been apprehended and charged with serious offenses like arson, assaulting federal agents, and resisting law enforcement.
- In May 2024, an “Antifa anarchist movement” claimed responsibility for setting fire to more than a dozen vehicles belonging to the Portland Police Bureau.
- In May 2022, Antifa members used smoke bombs, paint-filled balloons, and fireworks to disrupt a campaign rally for a Republican candidate.
- In August 2021, Antifa radicals launched violent assaults against right-wing demonstrators using explosives and chemical agents.
- In January 2021, over 100 Antifa protesters assaulted Portland police and vandalized property, some armed with knives and long poles, according to police reports.
- In October 2020, Antifa radicals instigated a riot during an “Indigenous Peoples Day of Rage” event, toppling statues of prominent figures and vandalizing multiple structures.
- In August 2020, a self-identified Antifa militant shot and killed a supporter of the Patriot Prayer group during a riot and was subsequently shot by law enforcement after wielding a weapon during their attempt to arrest him on murder charges.
- In 2020, Portland faced over 100 days of disturbances and violence led by Antifa extremists, during which they rioted, looted, set fires, physically assaulted officers, and attempted to destroy a local courthouse.
- In May 2020, Antifa terrorists issued a threatening video against the city’s mayor, revealing his home address.
