Celebrating her 33rd birthday, a radiant Cardi B showcased her pregnancy glow in a stunning floor-length sheer gown.
The artist known for “Money” took to Instagram on Sunday, October 12, just a day after her birthday, to post pictures of herself in a striking crimson dress with cutouts that accentuated her baby bump beautifully.
Cardi, who shares three children with her ex-husband Offset, is currently expecting her fourth child with NFL star Stefon Diggs. She co-parents daughters Kulture, 7, and Blossom, 13 months, along with son Wave, 4, with Offset.
In her Instagram caption, she expressed gratitude for the birthday wishes, sharing, “Thank you to everyone for all the birthday wishes! While many make resolutions on January 1st, I made mine last night! I feel fortunate and above all, blessed,” Cardi wrote. “Year 32 was unforgettable!”
The series of six photos showcased Cardi, who revealed her pregnancy last month in an interview on CBS Mornings, with a backdrop of pink balloons and a neon “Happy Birthday” sign alongside floral arrangements.
The post featured images of Cardi cradling her belly at the base of a staircase and taking a selfie while relaxing in a plush white chair. She wore her long dark hair straight and accessorized with a variety of chunky silver bracelets and rings.
Her caption also articulated her aspirations for the new year: “33 is the Jesus year, and I must say I’ve never felt so covered and protected by the man above. He always reminds me that I’m chosen and anointed, which is the greatest gift I could ever receive. Thank you all for the love and support! I love you all back!”
This post came less than a week after Offset, also 33, shared his feelings of regret regarding their marriage in an interview with Keke Palmer on the podcast “Baby, This Is Keke Palmer,” aired on Tuesday, October 7. (In July 2024, Cardi filed for divorce from Offset after six years of marriage, and they have yet to finalize it.)
During the conversation, Offset remarked, “I should have respected her way more. I made poor choices, such as stepping out. I have to own that. When she left, I had to confront it… We have so much to live for with our kids. I was selfish, and I acknowledge that as a man.”
Following her split, Cardi, who welcomed Blossom two months post-divorce filing, also shared insights about their separation on the “On Purpose” podcast just a day before Offset’s comments. “I could feel the love fading—his end and mine. I felt quite lonely because I made that choice,” Cardi reflected in the episode aired on Monday, October 6.
Cardi and Diggs first sparked dating rumors in July 2024. At that time, E! News reported them spotted together at a club, although Cardi initially denied their relationship. Nearly a year later, they publicly confirmed their romance on Instagram in June.
Cardi opened up about their relationship during a September interview with Billboard, explaining how difficult it is to navigate a public romance. “Hiding another relationship is tough. Dating in your 30s is challenging, but I do have feelings for him. I love him today,” she expressed.
