On Tuesday morning, April 28, the President and First Lady will hold a State Arrival Ceremony on the South Lawn of the White House. Embracing a tradition that dates back to the 18th century, the ceremony will feature Military Honors provided by the United States Army Herald Trumpets. The national anthems of both nations will be performed by âThe Presidentâs Ownâ United States Marine Band, and a 21-gun salute will be rendered by the Presidential Salute Battery.
