A Disturbing Incident at a Los Angeles Private School
An alarming incident at a prestigious Los Angeles private school has shocked the community. A lawsuit filed against the school reveals the existence of a so-called “kissing club” that was a hub of bullying and degradation.
The lawsuit details how a seven-year-old girl, referred to as “E.K.”, was subjected to bullying and sexual assaults by older girls at Sierra Canyon private school. The young girl endured months of torment, including being forced to “kiss and touch” the genitals of older girls.
Pantea Kipnis, the girl’s mother, tried to intervene by reporting the bullying to the school and requesting a bathroom monitor for her daughter. Unfortunately, the school allegedly failed to take action to protect E.K. from the ongoing abuse.
According to the lawsuit, the disturbing behavior of the “kissing club” came to light when two girls were caught kissing in the bathroom and videos of their activities were shared among students and teachers. E.K. was coerced into joining the club and was pressured to engage in inappropriate behavior.
The parents of the young girl, Pantea and Max Kipnis, expressed their outrage at the school’s lack of supervision and failure to address the situation effectively. They accused the school of not having adequate policies in place to handle such misconduct and failing to train their staff to respond appropriately.
The emotional toll on the family was immense, with Pantea Kipnis stating, “As a mother, the feeling of being hopeless and not being able to protect my child from this harm that 100% could have been avoided is crushing.”
Despite attempts to reach out to Sierra Canyon School for comment, they could not be reached.
