Geragos Can’t Have Podcast Cake AND Eat it, Too!!!
Claim ‘2 Angry Men’ Out of Bounds

Sean “Diddy” Combs is receiving additional legal counsel from renowned attorney Mark Geragos. However, federal prosecutors are raising objections as Geragos lacks clearance to participate and often discusses the case on his podcast, “2 Angry Men.”
Geragos was present in court for the commencement of jury selection in Diddy’s criminal trial, seated behind the 7 attorneys retained by Diddy who have court clearance to represent him.
Prosecutors have raised concerns about Geragos and his firm consulting with the defense team, citing a rule that prohibits anyone associated with the defense from making public statements that could impact the fairness of the trial.
The main focus of concern is Geragos’ podcast “2 Angry Men,” which he co-hosts with TMZ’s Harvey Levin. Prosecutors, who are reportedly subscribers to the podcast, have highlighted Geragos’ comments on Diddy’s case in a recent episode titled “Harvey Exposes What He Knows About Diddy.”

In the podcast episode, Geragos discussed various aspects of Diddy’s case, including the Cassie beating video, the composition of the prosecution team, and the defense’s arguments. He also hinted at providing more insights in the upcoming episodes.
Prosecutors find it ironic that while Diddy has complained about their office making pretrial statements to the media, Geragos is openly discussing the case on his podcast while also reportedly collaborating with Diddy’s legal team.
Prosecutors are requesting the judge to remind Geragos of the conflict of interest and the prohibition against making public statements that could affect the trial proceedings.
It seems likely that a new ‘Angry Man’ might be sought after by Harvey for future episodes of the podcast.
