Rachel Keller to Star in CBS Legal Drama “Cupertino” Alongside Mike Colter
Rachel Keller has been confirmed to play a lead role opposite Mike Colter in the upcoming CBS legal drama “Cupertino.” The series, created by Robert and Michelle King, follows a David vs. Goliath legal battle set in Silicon Valley. Colter portrays a lawyer cheated out of his stock options by a tech start-up, teaming up with Keller’s character, Olivia, to fight back against the tech elite.
Olivia is described as a Midwestern recent law school graduate who joins forces with Michael to form an underdog law firm taking on the tech giants of Silicon Valley. Keller, known for her roles in “Tokyo Vice,” “Dirty John,” and “Legion,” brings her talent to this new project alongside Colter, Renee Elise Goldsberry, and Ella Stiller.
The show was picked up by CBS in October 2025 after the Kings developed the concept in 2024. With a 13-episode script order, “Cupertino” promises high-stakes drama and intense legal battles in the heart of the tech industry. The Kings will write, executive produce, and co-showrun the series, with Robert directing the pilot episode.
Deadline first reported Keller’s casting in the series, which is set to showcase her range as an actress in a compelling and timely legal drama. Stay tuned for more updates on “Cupertino” as production progresses.
