“Fayaz Khan, a 26-year-old Afghan national, is currently on trial at Southwark Crown Court in London, facing charges for allegedly making threats to kill Farage in a TikTok video from October 2024.”
“Prosecutor Peter Ratliff pointed out that Khan was trying to reach Britain last year, a journey he documented for his considerable social media following.”

The saga unfolded last year when Farage released a video discussing the challenges of migrants attempting to reach the UK, incorporating clips from Khan’s own footage documenting his perilous journey.
“Just two days later, Khan—sporting an AK-47 tattoo on his face—countered with a video urging ‘Englishman Nigel’ to erase his previous post, accompanied by vocal imitations of gunfire, ‘pop, pop, pop’, while mimicking shooting actions,” Ratliff informed the jury.
“The prosecutor further highlighted that several of Khan’s posts hinted at his access to firearms.”

“Khan’s attorney, Charles Royle, suggested that Khan’s video aligned conveniently with Farage’s narrative, to which Farage retorted, ‘It doesn’t fit my narrative, it’s a fact’.”
