Regan Smith, the talented swimmer who had a phenomenal 2024 season with multiple Olympic medals, is gearing up for her 2025 campaign. The TYR Pro Swim Series will mark her first competition of the year, and the anticipation is high for her upcoming performances.

The 2025 TYR Pro Swim Series will kick off at the FMC Natatorium in Westmont, Illinois from March 5 to 8. This prestigious competition will feature a total of 17 events, showcasing some of the nation’s top swimmers in action.

Recently, Regan Smith took to Instagram to share her excitement for the upcoming TYR Pro Swim Series. She reposted photos from past editions of the event and captioned them with a simple “Next week!!!!” indicating her eagerness to dive back into competitive swimming.

As the defending champion in the 100m backstroke, 200m backstroke, and 200m butterfly, Smith has set the bar high for herself in the Westmont leg of the TYR Pro Swim Series.

Looking back at her incredible performance at the Paris Olympics in 2024, Smith described it as a special experience. Winning silver medals in the 100m and 200m backstroke, as well as the 200m butterfly, along with gold medals in the 4x100m medley and 4x100m mixed medley events, marked a successful campaign for her.

In an interview with Forbes, Smith reflected on the unique atmosphere of the Paris Olympics, where she could share her moments of triumph with family, friends, and fans. This contrasted with the Tokyo Olympics where no spectators were allowed, making Paris a truly memorable experience for her.
