Alongside his collaborator Erin Winters, they have opened Little Goat: a bakery, pantry, and all-day café that embodies the laid-back countryside chic that the Hudson Valley is renowned for.

The space features bread from Sparrowbush Baker, cheeses from Talbott & Arding, and balsamic vinegars from Flamingo Estate.
