Robert De Niro’s $250 Million Project Includes Luxury Villas and Beachfront Homes
Robert De Niro is currently working on a $250 million project that includes a hotel with 17 spacious villas and 25 luxury beachfront villas, with prices starting at $12 million each.
An insider revealed that De Niro is heavily involved in this project, as well as his other business ventures. He is constantly thinking of ways to make money and is often out the door before breakfast for meetings. This has resulted in his partner, Tiffany Chen, seeing him less frequently than before. While he remains devoted to their daughter, Gia, Chen reportedly only receives a pat on the arm from De Niro due to his busy schedule.
De Niro and Chen met on the set of his 2015 movie The Intern, where Chen played a tai chi instructor who helped De Niro’s character get into shape. They began dating in 2021, and their daughter Gia was born on April 6, 2023.
Despite his busy schedule, De Niro reportedly adores his daughter but leaves the diaper-changing duties to Chen.
