Rolly Romero is gearing up to face off against Ryan Garcia on Friday night, sporting custom, “Marty McFly” Nikes that are absolutely cool!
TMZ Sports has exclusively learned that Jose Coronado, also known as Aztek Kustoms, meticulously crafted the $40,000, “Back To The Future”-themed shoes for Romero’s big fight with Ryan Garcia, complete with operational LED lights and all the iconic details of the original Marty McFly kicks.
Coronado dedicated approximately 50 hours to perfecting the custom shoes for Romero’s fight.
In addition to the custom shoes, Coronado also designed a matching warmup suit for Romero, inspired by the hoverboard from the movie. The team shirts were also styled to complement the overall theme.
This collaboration between Aztek Kustoms and Romero showcases a history of unique and creative boxing gear, with previous designs paying tribute to icons like Bruce Lee, Frank Ocean, and Prince.
The highly anticipated Romero vs. Garcia showdown will take place in New York City’s Times Square, offering fight fans an electrifying event without needing a time-traveling DeLorean to witness the action!
