WWE fans are eagerly anticipating Saturday Night’s Main Event, scheduled for May 24, 2025. One of the most anticipated matches on the card is the tag team bout between CM Punk and Sami Zayn against Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker. The return of CM Punk has sparked speculation about the potential return of Roman Reigns, the Original Tribal Chief. There are rumors that Reigns may make his comeback at SNME, possibly alongside Cody Rhodes.

Cody Rhodes has been absent from WWE since his loss to John Cena at WrestleMania 41, where he lost the Undisputed WWE Championship. With Reigns engaged in a storyline with R-Truth, Rhodes could join forces with him at Saturday Night’s Main Event. There is also talk of a potential showdown between R-Truth and John Cena for the Undisputed Championship in the near future.

Following his defeat by Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker on RAW after WrestleMania, Roman Reigns may be seeking revenge at SNME. To counter the heel alliance led by Paul Heyman, Reigns could bring Cody Rhodes back to help him take them down. The duo previously teamed up at Bad Blood 2024 and emerged victorious, showcasing their chemistry as a tag team.

While Rhodes was initially expected to return at Backlash 2025, it seems that SNME may be the ideal stage for his comeback. Although Roman Reigns is not currently advertised for any upcoming events before SummerSlam 2025, there is speculation that he may return sooner to settle his scores with Rollins and Heyman. The possibilities at Saturday Night’s Main Event are endless, and fans are eager to see what unfolds when Punk and Zayn face off against Rollins and Breakker.

Looking ahead, Roman Reigns is featured in promotional material for WWE SummerSlam 2025, which will be held on August 2 and August 3, 2025, as a two-night event for the first time. While his return is not officially confirmed before SummerSlam, the anticipation of his feuds with Rollins and Heyman adds excitement to the upcoming WWE events. As the wrestling world awaits the return of these powerhouse superstars, the stage is set for thrilling showdowns and unexpected alliances in the WWE Universe.
