Roseanne Barr has recently sold her vast macadamia farm located on Hawaii’s Big Island, fetching a price exceeding her asking rate.
According to real estate insiders, Roseanne’s expansive 46-acre property sold for an astonishing $2.6 million, surpassing her listed price of $1.95 million from August.
On her property, Roseanne filmed the Lifetime series “Roseanne’s Nuts” back in 2011 alongside her partner, Johnny Argent, where they explored the art of macadamia farming.
Real estate agent Paul B. Stukin of Deep Blue HI handled the sale and remarked to TMZ, “This transaction highlights Hawaii’s ongoing appeal for premium properties. The $650,000 over the asking price is a clear indicator of the vibrant market and our targeted strategy.”
The farmhouse boasts 2,716 square feet of space with four bedrooms, featuring a patio with views of the stunning coastline and the orchard.
Additionally, Roseanne’s property features a pool, waterslide, a soaking tub, outdoor bamboo shower, greenhouse, art studio, and a pool house.
The farm is not only filled with macadamia trees but also features plantings of avocados, finger limes, apple bananas, and tangerines.
