Design Enhancements
Though the Galaxy A17 5G largely resembles its predecessor, several design upgrades enhance its overall build quality. You may have mixed feelings about the shift from the porthole-style camera module to a clustered design similar to that of the Galaxy A36 and Galaxy A56.
Samsung has managed to reduce the size and weight of the device to 7.5mm thickness and 192g, ensuring it’s more comfortable to handle. The screen is now protected by Gorilla Glass Victus, known for its enhanced resistance against scratches and cracks.

The Galaxy A17 5G appeared for sale a month later, with Amazon UK noting 12 September as its first date of availability.
