In a courtroom drama that could rival any Hollywood script, rap mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs finds himself embroiled in serious allegations of sex trafficking and racketeering. The case paints a picture of a man who allegedly exploited his wealth and influence to run a criminal enterprise that relied on intimidation and violence, with his former girlfriend Cassie Ventura as a notable victim.
On the previous day, a friend of Ventura, Bryana Bongolan, recounted a chilling incident where Diddy reportedly dangled her from a 17-story balcony and issued threats against her life. This testimony prompted Judge Arun Subramanian to issue a stern warning to Diddy, indicating that his presence in the courtroom could be revoked if he continued to engage with the jury.
CNN reported:
“The judge observed Combs on two separate occasions during Bongolan’s testimony, where he was seen looking at the jury and ‘nodding vigorously’.”
“Subramanian made it clear that such behavior was unacceptable, stating, ‘I could not have been any clearer in terms of what I said’.”

“Well, there was a line of questioning when your client was nodding vigorously and looking at the jury,” Judge Subramanian noted during proceedings.
During a sidebar discussion, he reiterated, “I looked and I saw your client looking at the jury and nodding vigorously. It is absolutely unacceptable.”

In response, defense attorney Marc Agnifilo assured the judge that such conduct would not recur.
“Should it happen again, Judge Subramanian indicated he would allow the prosecution to request a jury instruction on the matter and consider further actions, including potentially excluding Combs from the courtroom entirely.”
