Caitlyn Jenner‘s longtime friend and manager, Sophia Hutchins, tragically passed away in an ATV accident on Wednesday morning. Footage of the crash site has now emerged.
TMZ reported that Sophia was fatally injured in Malibu after her ATV collided with another vehicle, causing her to be thrown 350 feet into a ravine. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
A helicopter from KCAL News captured the aftermath of the crash, showing Sophia’s ATV on top of an overturned vehicle at the scene.
Sophia was the sole fatality in the incident.
Caitlyn Jenner has been contacted for a statement regarding the tragic incident, but has not responded yet.
Sophia and Caitlyn had a close relationship since 2015, with Sophia also appearing on Caitlyn’s reality show “I Am Cait” as her manager.
Sophia credited Caitlyn with helping her gain the confidence to undergo her transition while studying at Pepperdine University.
Following her graduation, Sophia went on to establish a successful sunscreen brand called Lumasol.
She was only 29 years old at the time of her tragic passing.
