Giorgio Armani brought a taste of the Mediterranean to the East End last Thursday with a stunning sunset cocktail party at Sunset Beach on Shelter Island. The event marked the celebration of the launch of the Giorgio Armani Mare 2025 collection pop-up, transforming the hotel into a seaside oasis reminiscent of Porto Cervo, Capri, and Cannes.
The Stylish Attire
Guests at the party exuded effortless elegance in breezy knits, gauzy linens, and beachy neutrals. Mamie Gummer dazzled in a shimmering ribbed gown, while Angelica Hicks rocked a sleeveless black vest over a cream maxi dress. Leandra Medine Cohen opted for a bandeau top and voluminous skirt, embodying a sun-drenched spontaneity that perfectly complemented the evening’s vibe.
The Ambiance
As the sun dipped below the horizon, guests mingled barefoot on the sand and spilled out onto Shore Road, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Sunset Beach was adorned with custom palm motifs in dove grey and turquoise, with wooden accents adding to the collection’s relaxed refinement. Surfboards adorned with the iconic GA monogram and tropical prints added a touch of Armani sophistication to the setting.
