Carillon Tower Advisers, an investment management company, recently released its third-quarter 2025 investor letter for the Carillon Eagle Mid Cap Growth Fund. The letter highlighted the continued rally in the equity markets during the quarter, driven by enthusiasm for AI, minimal inflationary effects from tariffs, and expectations for further interest rate cuts from the U.S. Federal Reserve. Despite this positive market environment, the Russell Midcap Growth Index underperformed the Russell Midcap Value Index in the quarter.

In the investor letter, Carillon Eagle Mid Cap Growth Fund shared its detailed views on various sectors including Cyclicals, Healthcare, Information Technology, Financials, and Consumer sectors. The firm also disclosed its top 5 holdings to provide insights into its best picks for 2025.

One of the stocks highlighted in the investor letter was Fair Isaac Corporation (NYSE:FICO). Fair Isaac Corporation is a leading analytics and software company known for its FICO credit score, widely used in consumer lending decisions. The stock experienced a sell-off after the Federal Housing Finance Agency announced that lenders could use competing credit-scoring products. However, management responded by conducting Fair Isaac’s largest single-quarter stock buyback in history and raising guidance.

Carillon Eagle Mid Cap Growth Fund remains optimistic about Fair Isaac Corporation’s value and its ability to monetize its data, despite the challenges in the credit-scoring market. The stock closed at $1,748.25 per share on November 24, 2025, with a market capitalization of $41.964 billion.
