Sia’s Estranged Partner
Requests $250K Monthly in Spousal Support

Sia‘s estranged partner Daniel Bernard is pursuing a significant amount of spousal support, requesting $250,856 each month, according to TMZ.
Moreover, he is also asking Sia to cover at least $300,000 for his legal fees, along with an additional $200,000 for costs associated with forensic accounting, as revealed in court documents.
The “Unstoppable” artist initiated divorce proceedings against Daniel in March, citing “irreconcilable differences” while he contends that they enjoyed a lavish lifestyle throughout their 26-month marriage.
As per Daniel, the couple possessed a 9,500-square-foot residence in Toluca Lake, Los Angeles, employing 10-12 staff members, including a butler, personal chefs, a stylist, two masseuses, an IT specialist, and a housekeeper. He estimates their monthly living costs ranged from $400,000 to $500,000.
Furthermore, Daniel claims to have been without employment since April 1 and lacks any income source, asserting that Sia has halted all funding pertaining to their joint venture, Modern Medicine, including his salary. He states that his only current financial support comes from monthly payments from Sia via stipulated orders, which cover expenses only until October 1, 2025.
Daniel is simply appealing to the court “to equalize the circumstances.”
In addition, there is an 11-month-old child involved … Sia and Daniel welcomed a baby named Somersault Wonder Bernard, with Sia originally requesting legal and physical custody while also being open to granting visitation rights to Daniel.
Sia has also indicated her desire to terminate the court’s power to award spousal support to Daniel, yet he seems undeterred.
This marks Sia’s second divorce; she previously separated from Erik Lang in 2016 after being married for just over two years.
