Simone Biles Reveals the Reason Behind Her Dominance at the 2024 Olympics
During a recent interview, Simone Biles opened up about a quirky habit that may have contributed to her success at the 2024 Olympics in Paris. The gymnastics superstar revealed that her eyebrow would involuntarily raise during practice sessions, giving her teammates a clue that she was in the zone.
“It’s because I would be, like, standing at practice and then my eyebrow would slowly be going up,” Biles explained. “(One of my teammates) would be like, ‘Simone, your eyebrow’s going up again.’ I was like, ‘I feel it and I couldn’t get it back down.’
Despite this unusual habit, Biles went on to dominate the competition at the Olympics, winning gold in the team, all-around, and vault events. Her incredible performance solidified her status as one of the greatest gymnasts of all time.
While Biles initially hinted at the possibility of retiring from competitive gymnastics, she recently dropped a clue that she may not be done with the sport just yet. Speaking at the Ready25 conference in Australia, Biles teased the idea of competing at the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles.
When asked directly if she would consider participating in the L.A. games, Biles replied, “Never say never.” This cryptic response has left fans speculating about the possibility of seeing Biles back on the Olympic stage in the future.
As fans eagerly await Biles’ next move, one thing is certain – her talent and determination have cemented her legacy as a true gymnastics icon.
