Bengal Beckons: Bigg Boss Bangla Set to Return with Sourav Ganguly as Host

EndemolShine India is all set to revive the popular reality show “Bigg Boss Bangla” for the Indian platform JioStar’s Star Jalsha. This marks the return of the reality format to Bengali-language television after a decade, with cricket legend Sourav Ganguly taking on the role of host.

Deepak Dhar, the founder and group CEO of Banijay Asia and EndemolShine India, expressed his excitement about the revival, stating, “‘Bigg Boss’ has grown into one of the most powerful and enduring entertainment formats in the country. “Bigg Boss” is the Indian adaptation of Banijay Entertainment’s global “Big Brother” format, which has seen success across 27 territories with 70 adaptations and over 600 seasons.
