Production has officially started on the highly anticipated Season 2 of Netflix’s hit series, “All of Us Are Dead.” This Korean YA zombie thriller took the world by storm when it premiered in 2022, quickly becoming a global phenomenon.

Based on Joo Dong-geun’s popular web comic, Season 1 of the show was a massive success, amassing over 560 million viewing hours within the first 28 days of its release. It also earned a spot in the Top 10 non-English TV rankings in more than 90 countries.

Season 2 will follow the journey of Nam On-jo, played by the talented Park Ji-hu, as she navigates life as a college student in Seoul while dealing with the trauma from her high school survival experience. The story takes a thrilling turn when a new wave of infection hits the city, forcing On-jo back into a fight for survival.

Joining the cast for the second season are Lee Min-jae, Kim Si-eun, and Yoon Ga-i, who play a group of seasoned university seniors with their own survival tactics. The addition of Roh Jae-won as Han Du-seok, a National Intelligence Service team leader, promises to bring new layers of tension to the storyline.

The upcoming season will also delve into the lives of the original Hyosan outbreak survivors, including Cheong-san, Nam-ra, and Su-hyeok, as they navigate the challenges of post-outbreak life while facing the resurgence of the infection.

Returning to direct Season 2 are Lee JQ and Kim Nam-su, with the script once again penned by Chun Sung-il. This talented team is sure to deliver another gripping and intense installment of the series.
