“St. Denis Medical” is set to feature a diverse lineup of guest stars in its forthcoming second season on NBC.

According to exclusive insights from Variety, the lineup includes a range of talents such as Kristen Schaal (known for “Bob’s Burgers” and “What We Do in the Shadows”), Lauren Weedman (“Sirens” and “Hacks”), Frankie Quiñones (“This Fool” and “What We Do in the Shadows”), Lauren Lapkus (“The Big Bang Theory” and “The Wrong Missy”), Tim Baltz (“The Righteous Gemstones” and “The Opposition with Jordan Klepper”), as well as Jeremiah Brown and Jonah Beckett from “The Sex Lives of College Girls”.

Schaal is represented by UTA and Yorn Levine Barnes, while Weedman is represented by Rise Management. Quiñones is managed by UTA, OPE Partners, and Hansen Jacobson. Lapkus is on the books of IAG, Sugar23, and Jackoway Austen Tyerman. Baltz is represented by Gersh, El Centro Management, and Lichter Grossman. Brown has representation from LA Talent and Select Management Group, and Beckett is with Aperture Talent Agency and Haven Entertainment.

The most recent additions to the guest cast of “St. Denis Medical” for its second season add to the previously announced Ariana Madix. The series features an ensemble cast including Wendi McLendon-Covey, David Alan Grier, Allison Tolman, Josh Lawson, Kahyun Kim, Mekki Leeper, and Kaliko Kauahi.

The synopsis for the upcoming season reveals: “After a significant private contribution, hospital administrator Joyce (McLendon-Covey) finds herself overwhelmed while her staff copes with personnel shortages, office disputes, and their private matters.”

Mark your calendars: “St. Denis Medical” Season 2 kicks off on November 3, airing two back-to-back episodes starting at 8 p.m. ET, and will be available to stream on Peacock the following day.

Eric Ledgin and Justin Spitzer are the creators of this series, with Ledgin as showrunner and executive producer. Other executive producers include Spitzer, Simon Heuer, Ruben Fleischer, Bridget Kyle, and Vicky Luu. The series is produced by Universal Television.

Character Insights

Kristen Schaal portrays Ashley, an avid sci-fi reader who experiences a serendipitous encounter with an unexpected member of the St. Denis family.

Lauren Weedman plays Nurse Pam, a former charge nurse returning to St. Denis to assist during a staffing crisis. While her help is initially welcomed, the staff soon remembers her true nature.

Frankie Quiñones takes on the role of Leslie, a security guard at St. Denis Medical tapped into the latest hospital gossip.

Lauren Lapkus appears as a pregnant woman who visits the hospital after an incident during their gender reveal celebration.

Tim Baltz embodies a father-to-be who is rushed to St. Denis due to complications arising from a gender reveal mishap.

Jeremiah Brown, recognized from Peacock’s “Love Island USA,” plays Jeff, a charming Ultimate Frisbee enthusiast awaiting his roommate’s release from St. Denis Medical.

Jonah Beckett rounds out the cast as Kyle, a college student whose baffling illness presents a challenge for the doctors at St. Denis.
