Fox has recently announced a new drama series titled “The Interrogator,” which has received a straight-to-series order. The show will feature the talented Stephen Fry in a lead role. Fry will play the character of Conrad Henry, a former MI6 agent leading an elite team. The series will focus on Henry’s unique ability to extract information from the minds of the world’s most dangerous criminals using his quirky charm, superior intellect, and mind-bending behavioral tactics.
The network has ordered 12 episodes of “The Interrogator,” with Fry also contributing to the writing of the pilot episode. The script has been revised by Bill Harper and Matt Pyken. The show is executive produced by Fry, Harper, Pyken, Anonymous Content, Neil Burger, Paul McGuigan, Anthony Bregman, and Miriam Mintz. McGuigan will also serve as the director of the series, which is produced by Lionsgate Television and Fox Entertainment Studios.
Stephen Fry is a highly acclaimed actor and comedian known for his work in various TV shows and films, including “Blackadder,” “A Bit of Fry & Laurie,” “Wilde,” and “V for Vendetta.” He previously appeared on Fox’s hit procedural “Bones” in the role of Dr. Gordon Wyatt. Fry is represented by CAA and Hamilton Hodell.
