During a recent interview with NPR, former Trump adviser Steve Bannon took the opportunity to express his grievances with Elon Musk amidst the ongoing feud between Musk and President Donald Trump.
Bannon reiterated his previous comments about Trump canceling all government contracts with Musk, citing concerns over national security. He also mentioned Musk’s alleged “massive drug problem” and his deep business ties with China, as reported by Vox.
According to Bannon, Musk has requested private briefings on top-secret information, raising further concerns about his involvement in sensitive matters.

Bannon also referenced a report by the Wall Street Journal regarding Musk’s Pentagon briefing request for plans related to a potential conflict with China, which Trump denied him access to.
Furthermore, Bannon raised concerns about Musk’s access to classified materials and personal information of U.S. citizens through his role in the Department of Government Efficiency.
Regarding Musk’s immigration status, Bannon called for an investigation, pointing out past allegations about Musk’s legal status and work history in the U.S.
It is worth noting that Musk is a naturalized U.S. citizen, although there have been past controversies surrounding his immigration status.
Bannon, known for his critical views of Musk, continued to express his disdain towards the tech entrepreneur, likening him to a “parasitic illegal immigrant” and a “truly evil guy.”
In his interview with NPR, Bannon speculated on the reasons behind Musk’s rift with Trump, adding another insult by referring to Musk as an “11-year-old child.”
