12-Year-Old Girl Raped in Brooklyn Public Housing Building
On Thursday, a stranger approached a 12-year-old girl in the stairwell of a Brooklyn public housing building and proceeded to rape her after telling her “I’m going to violate you,” according to authorities and sources.
The incident took place at the Cooper Houses building on Morgan Avenue near Jackson Street in Williamsburg around 5:45 p.m. The predator ordered the young girl to bend over as he made his disturbing intentions clear.
