Taylor Swift Celebrates Regaining Rights to Her Music in Style
It’s a week of jubilation in camp Swift, as Taylor Swift has finally been able to reclaim ownership of her first six albums, putting an end to her long-standing battle to control her own music. To celebrate this milestone achievement, the pop star decided to revel in true Swiftian fashion.
Following the Taylor Swift playbook of a girls’ night out, the singer ventured out in New York City accompanied by her friend, actor Dakota Johnson. Later, they were joined by Swift’s brother Austin and Johnson’s brother Jesse as they made their way to Via Carota, Swift’s favorite Italian restaurant and a popular celebrity hotspot.
For the occasion, Swift chose an outfit that perfectly encapsulated her feminine style and love for accessories. She wore a flirty floral fit and flare tea dress by Dôen, accentuated with a thick black and gold-chained belt. Her ensemble was completed with strappy black Christian Louboutin stilettos, a Balmain black and gold bag, and layers of gold jewelry adorning her neck, ears, and wrists. Her signature long blonde hair was styled in a ponytail with bangs, complemented by a sleek cat-eye makeup look and a bold red lip.
The journey from their private car to Via Carota has become somewhat of a runway for Swift, who has often been photographed dining at the restaurant with her girlfriends and partner Travis Kelce. Known for her chic and versatile style, Swift has been spotted in red mini-dresses, plaid skirt suits, leather ensembles, and whimsical tulle skirts while enjoying Tuscan cuisine at the West Village eatery.

While Swift sightings have been less frequent in recent months, she was recently seen dining at Harry’s in West Palm Beach, Florida, and celebrating Mother’s Day with Kelce’s family in Philadelphia. Following the conclusion of her Eras Tour and the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl loss, Swift and Kelce have opted for a more low-key approach. However, it’s likely that the couple will find a special way to commemorate Swift’s triumph in reclaiming her music rights.
