Magic: The Gathering has announced an exciting new crossover collaboration that brings the power of turtles into play.
At a recent panel hosted by Wizards of the Coast, in conjunction with Paramount‘s Nickelodeon during New York Comic Con on Friday, the team behind the beloved Hasbro card game revealed a fresh set inspired by the iconic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. This collaboration is the latest in a series of exciting partnerships, which have already included crossover events with Sonic the Hedgehog, “Final Fantasy,” Spider-Man, and others throughout this year.
According to Wizards of the Coast, the upcoming set set to launch in March encompasses the extensive legacy of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise, catering to both seasoned gamers and newcomers alike. “This set aims to engage players from every generation,” they elaborated. “You might be an aficionado of Kevin Eastman’s original artwork, or perhaps a fan of the latest animated series. Regardless, this collection offers something appealing for everyone. By featuring the rich history of the Turtles across different media, we’re bringing forth exciting new products—such as the Turtle Team-Up—that are perfect for multi-generational gameplay. If you grew up alongside Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, and Michelangelo, now you can share those adventures with a fresh wave of Magic enthusiasts.”
The set includes various product offerings as follows:
- Play Booster: $6.99
- Collector Booster: $37.99
- Commander Deck: $69.99
- Bundle: $69.99
- Pizza Bundle: $99.99
