This Promotion is open exclusively to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old as of the entry date.

By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules. Violating any rules may lead to disqualification at the discretion of the Sponsor. All decisions made by the Sponsor concerning this Promotion are final and binding.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD. The Promotion begins on September 29, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST and concludes on October 10, 2025, at 11:59 PM (the “Promotion Period”).
2. ELIGIBILITY. The Promotion is only available to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and associated parties, including their immediate family (parents, siblings, spouse, children), are not eligible. This Promotion is void where restricted or prohibited by law. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity, residence, and age.
3. HOW TO ENTER. Participants can enter via two methods: (1) Visit the Vogue newsletter signup page and subscribe to the Vogue Shopping newsletter; (2) Send an email to VogueShopping_Information@condenast.com with “Jil Sander Bag Giveaway” in the subject line and your full legal name in the body (together, these are referred to as your “Entry“). Emailed entries must be received during the Promotion Period. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. A random drawing from all eligible entries will occur on or around October 13, 2025 (the “Drawing Date”). The selected winner will be notified via mail, email, or telephone. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within three business days, or fails to provide necessary documentation, an alternate winner may be chosen.
5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION. One winner will receive a Jil Sander Small Cannolo Padded Leather Shoulder Bag, courtesy of Bessette. The approximate retail value of the prize is $1,202.
6. TAXES. All applicable federal, state, or local taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
7. ODDS OF WINNING. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. NO PRIZE TRANSFER OR SUBSTITUTION. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
9. CONSENT AND RELEASE. By entering, participants release the Sponsor from any liability associated with the Promotion. This includes consent for the Sponsor to use the participant’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit and liability release.
10. DISCLAIMERS. The Sponsor is not liable for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for entries that cannot be processed due to technical malfunctions.
11. APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION. This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be addressed in a New York state or federal court.
