10. Direct My Call
When I came across this thread, I realized I had not delved deeply into all the calling features of the Pixel. I mistakenly thought that most of these features were exclusive to the US, which led me to overlook some valuable tools.
One such feature is Direct My Call. Although its availability is restricted to the UK and US, and it supports only the English language, it aims to simplify the cumbersome process of navigating through lengthy phone menus when contacting a business or organization.
In principle, Direct My Call is intended to streamline this process by presenting all options in real time and creating buttons for easy selection.

However, my experience with it was less than satisfactory. The British accent providing the instructions was somewhat difficult to understand, the transcription was inconsistent, and two out of the eight options were completely missing. Frankly, using the traditional method of pressing numbers on the keypad would have been more straightforward.
