A disturbing incident occurred in Tyler, Texas, when a man named Wesley Worl, wearing only a diaper and a pacifier, approached two young girls riding their bikes near Andy Woods Elementary School. Worl yelled “goo goo ga ga, I need a diaper change” at the girls, who were terrified by his actions and ran to hide in an alley. Fortunately, they were able to find an adult they knew and seek help.
The 11-year-old girl recounted the incident to the police, stating that she was shaking from fear. Worl had asked the girls to change his diaper, further alarming them. The adult who came to their rescue was able to note down Worl’s license plate number, leading to his identification and arrest by the authorities.
It was revealed that Worl has a history of targeting young girls dating back to 1999. He has been involved in public indecency, wearing a diaper in public, and stalking his ex-girlfriend. He had previously been banned from local parks in Tyler due to his behavior.
On August 7, Worl was apprehended at his workplace and charged with solicitation of a minor and criminal trespass. He is currently in custody with a bond set at $600,000. This disturbing incident serves as a reminder of the importance of vigilance and protection of children in the community.
