Meet the New Cast Members of “The Pitt” Season 2
Luke Tennie, Travis Van Winkle, Meta Golding, and Christopher Thornton are set to join the cast of the highly anticipated Season 2 of “The Pitt.”
First up is Luke Tennie, known for his roles in “Shrinking” and “Abbott Elementary,” who will be portraying Dr. Crus Henderson, a dedicated fourth-year resident working the night shift at the Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center.
Travis Van Winkle, recognized for his work in “You” and “Fubar,” will take on the role of Curtis Larson, an intense and aggressive patient in the ER.
Meta Golding, who has appeared in “Rabbit Hole” and “Ransom Canyon,” will be playing Noelle Hastings, a compassionate nurse at the medical center.
Christopher Thornton, known for his performances in “Magnum P.I.” and “The Lincoln Lawyer,” will be portraying Dr. Caleb Jefferson, a skilled psychiatric attending physician at the Pitt.
“The Pitt” follows a group of healthcare workers as they navigate through a challenging shift at the Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center. Season 1 unfolded during a music festival, while Season 2, premiering on Jan. 8, will be set during Independence Day Weekend. The show stars Noah Wyle alongside returning cast members Patrick Ball, Katherine LaNasa, Supriya Ganesh, Fiona Dourif, Taylor Dearden, Isa Briones, Gerran Howell, Shabana Azeez, and Shawn Hatosy. Joining the cast for Season 2 are Sepideh Moafi, LaĂ«titia Hollard, Lucas Iverson, Lawrence Robinson, Zack Morris, Brittany Allen, Bonita Friedericy, Taylor Handley, and Jeff Kober.
