Donald Trump Grants Pardon to Todd and Julie Chrisley
After years of legal battles and uncertainty, Todd and Julie Chrisley, stars of the reality TV show “Chrisley Knows Best,” have finally received a pardon from President Donald Trump. The news was shared with their children Savannah and Grayson in a phone call from the POTUS, as captured in a video by White House aide Margo Martin.
During the call, President Trump assured Savannah and Grayson that their parents would soon be “free and clear,” with hopes of finalizing the pardon by the following day. He extended his well wishes to Todd and Julie, expressing his desire for them to have a good life post-release.
Savannah, a vocal supporter of President Trump, expressed her gratitude in a statement following the announcement of the pardon. She had been actively advocating for her parents’ freedom for over two years and was overjoyed at the news.
“For the past two and a half years, I’ve done everything in my power to fight for my parents’ freedom and bring them home,” said Savannah. “This moment is the answer to countless prayers, and I am beyond grateful to President Trump for seeing the truth and restoring my family.”
She also thanked Alice Marie Johnson for her support and their attorney, Alex Little, for their role in the pardon process. Savannah emphasized that while the pardon was a victory for their family, the fight against wrongful convictions and injustices in the prison system continues.
“Today is a victory for our family, but the fight against wrongful convictions and injustice within our prison system is far from over,” Savannah stated. “I will continue to use my voice and platform to advocate for those who do not have one. Family is everything to me, and I will never stop fighting for what is right.”
The Chrisley family’s journey to freedom has been a long and challenging one, but with the support of President Trump and their loved ones, they can now look forward to a brighter future ahead.
