All Elite Wrestling (AEW) has become a major player in the wrestling industry since its founding in 2019 by Tony Khan and a few wrestlers. Based in Jacksonville, AEW has quickly risen to become WWE’s archrival. Currently, “Hangman” Adam Page holds the AEW World Championship, while Kris Statlander is the reigning AEW Women’s World Champion.

Over the past six years, AEW has produced numerous epic storylines and rivalries that have captured the attention of fans worldwide. Some of the most memorable feuds include the Page-Strickland rivalry, the Storm-May feud, the MJF-CM Punk program, and many more.

In 2023, a highly anticipated storyline between Maxwell Jacob Friedman (MJF) and former WWE star Adam Cole began. The storyline garnered significant attention and praise for its beginning and middle stages. However, the conclusion of the angle left some fans feeling disappointed. Despite the mixed reactions, Tony Khan, the founder of AEW, expressed his admiration for the storyline in his new book titled ‘This Book Is All Elite’. Khan highlighted the incredible chemistry between MJF and Adam Cole, attributing it to the production of exceptional professional wrestling content.

Speaking about the partnership between MJF and Adam Cole, Tony Khan emphasized the importance of diverse rivalries and relationships in professional wrestling. He credited the charisma and dynamic between the two wrestlers for creating some of the best AEW television content to date.

In a separate interview, Tony Khan also took the opportunity to praise WWE legend John Cena. As Cena approaches the final year of his wrestling career, Khan commended Cena for his legendary status and work ethic in the industry. Khan acknowledged Cena’s rapid rise to stardom in wrestling due to his charisma and hard work, labeling him as one of the hardest-working individuals in pro wrestling.

While the possibility of John Cena wrestling in AEW remains uncertain, fans are intrigued by the idea of seeing Cena compete in the promotion. Only time will tell what the future holds for the wrestling legend and whether he will make a transition to AEW.

As AEW continues to grow and evolve, fans can expect more captivating storylines, rivalries, and memorable moments in the world of professional wrestling. With Tony Khan at the helm, AEW is poised to remain a major player in the industry for years to come.
