Trump Dismisses Tucker Carlson’s Criticism Over Iran Strikes

In the latest chapter of their ongoing saga, President Donald Trump has once again brushed aside critiques from former Fox News host Tucker Carlson, this time with a particularly sharp retort.

Carlson recently leveled accusations against Trump, claiming that the former president’s support for Israel’s preemptive strikes on Iran effectively implicates the U.S. in the conflict, making America morally responsible for the attack due to its continued arms support.

reported that Trump rebuffed Carlson’s insinuations that he has “abandoned” his signature America First policy in favor of siding with Israel’s aggressive military actions against Iranian nuclear facilities, as echoed by the New York Post.

This latest dispute ignited after Carlson criticized Trump in his newsletter, ominously titled “This Could Be the Final Newsletter Before All-Out War,” where he asserted that Trump’s actions are not only misguided but could also jeopardize his political future.

“While the U.S. military didn’t carry out the strike, years of financial and military support to Israel, which Trump recently celebrated on Truth Social, undeniably embroils the U.S. in these events,” Carlson stated, as reported by The Independent.

He continued, “Washington was well aware these attacks were forthcoming and facilitated Israel in executing them. Politicians claiming to be America First can’t credibly assert they had no part in this.”

In a conversation with Steve Bannon, Carlson outlined the dire implications, warning that globalist elites and neoconservatives are steering America toward a catastrophic conflict that could “scuttle” the nation on the “shores of Iran.”

“I genuinely care for Trump; I view him as a fundamentally humane and kind individual,” Carlson remarked. “However, I fear this trajectory will leave our country significantly weakened. We are on the brink of witnessing the decline of the American Empire, something other nations would eagerly welcome. This recklessness could also culminate in the effective end of Trump’s presidency, which is precisely why I’m voicing my concerns.”

During a diplomatic meeting with the Prime Minister of the U.K., Trump nonchalantly dismissed Carlson’s remarks.

“I don’t know what Tucker Carlson is talking about,” Trump quipped. “Let him acquire a television network if he wants to be heard. Thank you.”

In response to a reporter’s inquiry about Carlson’s allegations of complicity in the war, Trump reiterated, “I don’t know what Tucker Carlson is saying. Let him go get a television network and say it so people actually listen.”
