President Trump raised eyebrows with his recent claims that Kamala Harris paid celebrities like Beyoncé $11 million for their endorsement. In a fiery post on his Truth Social website, Trump called out Harris for allegedly illegally paying for endorsements from the likes of Bruce Springsteen, Oprah, and Bono.

Trump specifically questioned the amount of money Kamala’s campaign might have shelled out to secure Springsteen for a campaign event. He went on to suggest that Beyoncé, Oprah, and Bono were also compensated for supporting Harris. According to Trump, candidates are not allowed to pay for endorsements, and he accused Harris of resorting to desperate measures to boost her campaign.

In a follow-up post, Trump doubled down on his claims, alleging that Beyoncé received a hefty sum to endorse Kamala at a rally. He even claimed that Beyoncé was booed off the stage after her endorsement. The president demanded an explanation from not only Beyoncé but also from Springsteen, Oprah, Bono, and potentially other celebrities involved.

However, Tina Knowles, Beyoncé’s mother, refuted the claims, stating that Beyoncé paid her own way to appear at the rally in Houston. Additionally, Oprah denied receiving any payment for her endorsement, clarifying that her production company was compensated for media services, but not in the amount Trump suggested.

Despite Trump’s assertions, there is no evidence to support his allegations of illegal payments for endorsements. While Trump threatened to call for an investigation, no action has been taken thus far. It remains unclear what prompted Trump’s accusations and what specific payments he is referring to in relation to endorsements.

It is worth noting that Trump himself had celebrity endorsements during his 2024 presidential campaign, including support from Kid Rock, Hulk Hogan, Joe Rogan, and Sylvester Stallone. As for the celebrities implicated in Trump’s claims, Beyoncé, Springsteen, Bono, and Oprah have yet to respond to the allegations.

As this story continues to unfold, it will be interesting to see if any concrete evidence emerges to substantiate Trump’s accusations. Stay tuned for updates as we await responses from the celebrities involved in this controversy.
