Upon arrival, law enforcement found one victim with injuries at the scene, who was promptly transported to a local hospital. Another victim arrived at a different medical facility with gunshot wounds. Police Chief Heath Helton commended the quick response of the officers in securing the area and ensuring public safety. He expressed solidarity with the victims’ families and emphasized the department’s dedication to holding those responsible for the senseless act accountable.

As of now, a suspect has not been identified in connection with the shooting. Little Rock Mayor Frank Scott, Jr. condemned the violence and praised the first responders for their actions in handling the situation.
