Published
Federal authorities are now involved in the Timothy Busfield child sex abuse case. The U.S. Marshals Service is assisting the Albuquerque Police Department in locating Busfield to take him into custody regarding the allegations.
Allegations of sexually abusing underage boys who were child actors on “The Cleaning Lady” while directing the show have led to an investigation into Busfield. A warrant for his arrest was issued in November 2024.
At present, Busfield is not in custody, and law enforcement has not provided a timeline for his arrest. His whereabouts remain undisclosed to the public.
During a police interview, Busfield mentioned that lead actress Élodie Yung stated the mother of the two boys sought revenge as her children were not rehired for the show’s final season.
It is important to note that Busfield has not been convicted, and the allegations against him are still under investigation.
