Levi Strauss & Co. (NYSE:LEVI) has recently been recognized as one of the 14 Best Mid-Cap Dividend Stocks to Buy Now. UBS recently increased its price target on Levi Strauss to $33 from $32, maintaining a Buy rating on the stock. Similarly, Raymond James initiated coverage on Levi Strauss with an Outperform rating and a $26 price target. The firm sees Levi as a steady mid-single-digit revenue grower with multiple growth drivers across its business.

Raymond James highlighted Levi as a growth story with levers across channels, geographies, customers, and categories. The firm expects Levi’s EBIT margin to improve over time, supporting earnings growth in the high-single-digit range. They also believe that Levi’s direct-to-consumer segment could be a key driver of upside, driven by new store openings, increased productivity, and digital expansion.

In a move to further accelerate growth, Levi announced plans to expand its premium denim offerings by introducing a new $300 jeans line in more stores. The premium Blue Tab collection, featuring higher-quality jeans and shirts, has already seen success in Asia and is now being rolled out in Europe and the US. This expansion is part of Levi’s strategy to elevate the brand and attract a wider customer base, particularly targeting women shoppers.

Levi Strauss & Co. is a well-known brand that designs and sells jeans, casual clothing, and accessories for men, women, and children.
